Terms of Use
Effective 11 August 2026. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fornelo.world, and the process by which you may request Turmeric Complex from Fornelo Health Ltd on a pay-on-delivery basis. By browsing this site or submitting the order form you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not continue to use the website or submit a request.
1. Scope and definitions
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Fornelo Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09847401 with its registered office at 74 Cavendish Road, London, SW12 0DG. "You" and "your" mean the individual visiting the website or submitting an order request. "Order request" means the information you submit through the form on this website indicating your interest in receiving Turmeric Complex, which does not itself create a binding contract until confirmed by telephone as described in section 4. These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms you may seek to impose, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility
To submit an order request you must be at least 18 years old, and the delivery address must be located within the United Kingdom, since we do not currently offer international delivery. By submitting the form you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract for the sale of a food supplement. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a request where we reasonably believe the eligibility criteria in this section have not been met.
3. Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use fornelo.world only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any other person. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its underlying code, or any server or database connected to it, and you must not use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to submit repeated or fraudulent order requests; the honeypot field within the order form is designed to help us detect and reject such activity. You must not upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, or that contains viruses or other harmful code through any part of the site.
4. Order requests and contract formation
Submitting the order form is an expression of interest and not, by itself, an offer we have accepted or a binding contract of sale. Once you submit a request, a member of our team will telephone you, normally during our business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30, to confirm the product, quantity, delivery address and estimated delivery window; a binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order verbally during that call and you agree to proceed. If we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, or if you do not wish to proceed once contacted, the request will lapse without any obligation on either side, and no payment will have been taken because payment is collected only on delivery.
5. Product information and description
Turmeric Complex is a food supplement containing turmeric extract, black pepper extract, ginger root extract, vitamin C and vitamin D3, supplied in capsule form, 90 capsules per pack, intended to complement a varied and balanced diet as part of an everyday routine. Descriptions, images and nutrient information on the website are provided for general guidance and are not a substitute for reading the product label supplied with the pack, which takes precedence in the event of any discrepancy. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, replace medical advice or professional healthcare; if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or have an existing medical condition, you should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before use.
6. Pricing and currency
The price of Turmeric Complex is displayed in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of any applicable VAT, currently shown as £36.99 per 90-capsule pack against a reference price of £74.99, with delivery charged separately according to the region shown on our Delivery page. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are displayed correctly, but if a pricing error is identified before your order is confirmed by telephone, we will notify you of the correct price and you may choose whether to proceed. No prepayment is required online or by telephone; the full amount is collected in cash or by card directly by the courier at the point of delivery.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes and delivery costs by region are set out on our Delivery page and are provided as good-faith estimates rather than estimated delivery dates, since actual timing can be affected by courier capacity, weather, and public holidays. Orders are typically dispatched within one to two working days of telephone confirmation. Risk in the product passes to you once delivery has been made to the address you provided; you are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel, or for making alternative arrangements with the courier where offered.
8. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel your order request free of charge at any point before we dispatch it, simply by informing us by telephone or email. Once your order has been delivered, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the exceptions that apply to sealed food supplements for hygiene reasons, are set out in full in our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
9. Intellectual property
All content on fornelo.world, including text, layout, graphics, the Fornelo name and logo, and the overall look and feel of the site, is owned by or licensed to Fornelo Health Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written consent. Product and ingredient names referenced on the site, such as BioPerine, may be trade marks of their respective owners and are used descriptively.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this website, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of technical inaccuracies, and information may be updated or corrected from time to time without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, save that nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited, where permitted by law, to the price paid for the relevant product.
11. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as courier tracking pages or regulatory bodies referenced in our Legal Notice, provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party website, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access any linked website entirely at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy notices.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and any mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence will continue to apply where required by law.
13. Changes to these Terms and revision history
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, our product range, or applicable law. The version in force at the time you submit an order request, as confirmed during the telephone call, will apply to that order; later changes will not be applied retrospectively to orders already confirmed. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly before placing a new order.
