UK-wide delivery
Clear from checkout to doorstep.
Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. We send discreetly and payment is made to the courier by cash or card. This page explains not only how quickly your parcel is likely to arrive, but also, in detail, how the information needed to deliver it is collected, used, retained and protected throughout the process.
Regional delivery estimates
| Region | Estimated delivery | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| London & South East | 1–2 working days | £2.99 |
| Midlands & East of England | 2–3 working days | £2.99 |
| North of England | 2–4 working days | £2.99 |
| Scotland | 3–5 working days | £3.99 |
| Wales | 2–4 working days | £2.99 |
| Northern Ireland | 4–6 working days | £4.99 |
| Highlands & Islands | 4–7 working days | £5.99 |
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays, and the figures above assume telephone confirmation has already taken place. Once dispatched, most parcels move through a single regional depot before reaching your local delivery round, which is why remote postcodes in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland typically take a little longer than the South East.

How we handle your delivery information
Effective 11 August 2026. Because getting a parcel safely to your door depends on sharing certain details with our courier partners, this page sets out, in the same level of detail as our formal policies, exactly what delivery-related information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights over it. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, which address related topics from a slightly different angle.
1. Scope of this delivery information
This section applies specifically to the information generated between the moment you submit an order request and the moment your parcel is delivered and paid for, including the confirmation telephone call, dispatch preparation, and any subsequent delivery query. It does not cover unrelated browsing activity on other pages of the site, which is addressed in our Privacy Policy, nor does it cover a courier's own internal systems once your parcel has been accepted into their network, which are governed by that courier's own privacy notice. Where you contact us after delivery, for example to report a problem, that follow-up correspondence is also considered part of the scope of this page.
2. Delivery information we collect
To arrange delivery we collect your full name, delivery address including postcode, a contact telephone number, and, where relevant, brief access notes such as a buzzer code or a preferred delivery window that you may mention during the confirmation call. We record the outcome of each delivery attempt, including successful delivery, a failed attempt, or a card left by the courier, so that we can follow up appropriately if something goes wrong. We do not ask couriers to record or share any information about the reason for your order beyond what is operationally necessary to deliver the parcel and collect payment.
3. Legal basis for processing delivery information
We process delivery information primarily because it is necessary to perform the contract formed once your order is confirmed by telephone, since we cannot deliver a parcel without a name and address. Where a delivery attempt fails and we need to contact you to rearrange it, we rely on the same contractual basis, supported by our legitimate interest in resolving the matter efficiently and avoiding unnecessary waste from repeated failed attempts. Where we retain delivery records for longer than the immediate transaction, for example for accounting purposes, we rely on our legal obligation to keep certain business records under UK tax law.
4. Retention of delivery records
| Type of delivery record | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Confirmed order and delivery address | 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year |
| Failed delivery attempt notes | 12 months from the attempt |
| Delivery-related telephone call notes | 24 months from the call |
| Courier tracking references | 90 days after successful delivery |
These periods reflect a balance between our legal obligation to keep accounting records for six years and our general practice of minimising how long we hold operational detail that is no longer useful, such as a tracking reference for a parcel that has already arrived. Where a delivery becomes the subject of a return, refund or complaint, the relevant records are kept for as long as necessary to resolve that matter and to meet our obligations under consumer protection law, even if that extends slightly beyond the periods shown above.
5. Your rights regarding delivery data
You can ask us at any time what delivery information we hold about a particular order, ask us to correct an address or telephone number that was recorded incorrectly, or ask us to delete delivery information once it is no longer needed for the reasons described in section 4. To make such a request, email [email protected] or call +44 20 3897 4201 with your name and the approximate date of the order; we aim to acknowledge delivery-data requests within 3 working days and to resolve straightforward corrections, such as a misspelled address for a not-yet-dispatched order, on the same working day where possible.
6. Couriers we use as processors
Depending on your region and courier availability on the day, your parcel may be handled by Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, each of which receives only the name, address and telephone number necessary to complete delivery and collect payment, under contractual terms that require them to protect that information and use it solely for delivery purposes. We select couriers based on regional coverage and reliability, and we periodically review their performance and data-handling practices as part of our supplier management process. We do not permit couriers to use your delivery details for their own marketing purposes.
7. Cookies related to delivery preferences
A small optional cookie, preferences_view, may remember whether you have previously viewed the regional delivery table on this page, for up to six months, so that the page can present information more efficiently on a return visit; this cookie is only set if you have consented to preference cookies through our Cookie Settings modal. No cookie on this page stores your address or telephone number, since that information is transmitted securely through the order form and telephone call rather than through cookies. Full details of every cookie used across the site are set out in our Cookie Policy.
8. International transfers of delivery data
Delivery information is processed within the United Kingdom by UK-based courier networks for the purposes described on this page, and we do not routinely transfer delivery addresses or telephone numbers outside the UK. Where our website hosting provider processes technical logs relating to this page outside the UK, as described in our Privacy Policy, appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply to that limited technical processing.
9. Complaints about delivery and contact
If you have a concern about how your delivery information was handled, or about a delivery itself, please contact us at [email protected] or +44 20 3897 4201 during Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30; we aim to acknowledge delivery complaints within 2 working days and to provide a substantive response, including any necessary correction or compensation under our Returns Policy, within 10 working days. If your complaint concerns data protection specifically rather than the delivery itself, you retain the right to escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to this page and revision history
We review the delivery information on this page whenever our regional coverage, courier partners, or estimated timeframes change, to keep the table in section "Regional delivery estimates" and the data-handling detail below it accurate and current. Material changes are reflected in the revision table below.
