This Legal Notice sets out the statutory and regulatory information that Fornelo Health Ltd is required, or considers good practice, to publish about the ownership, regulation and operation of fornelo.world. It complements, rather than replaces, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Use and Returns Policy, and should be read alongside those documents for a complete picture of how we operate.

1. Purpose and scope of this notice

This page identifies the legal entity operating fornelo.world, explains how Turmeric Complex is classified under UK law, names the regulatory bodies with oversight of our activities, and describes how disputes about the accuracy of published information are handled. 3. Value Added Tax registration

Fornelo Health Ltd is registered for Value Added Tax in the United Kingdom under VAT number GB 274 8831 11. All prices displayed on fornelo.world are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable at the time of your order, in accordance with UK VAT law. A VAT receipt can be requested by emailing [email protected] with your order details, and we aim to issue any such receipt within 5 working days of the request.

4. Regulatory classification of the product

Turmeric Complex is classified as a food supplement under the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 and equivalent legislation across the United Kingdom, and under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims as it continues to apply in UK law. It is not a medicinal product for the purposes of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and it is not subject to authorisation, licensing or regulation by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. Nutrient function claims made on this website relate strictly to the individual vitamins and minerals identified, such as vitamin C and vitamin D3, and not to the product described as a whole.

6. Hosting and technical infrastructure

fornelo.world is hosted on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, which stores the underlying website files and processes technical logs necessary for the site to operate securely. We remain the data controller for personal information collected through the site even though certain technical processing is carried out by our hosting provider acting as a processor under a data processing agreement, as described further in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property ownership

The Fornelo name, the Fornelo logo, and the overall visual design, text and photography published on fornelo.world are owned by Fornelo Health Ltd or licensed to us by third parties, and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and applicable trade mark law. No part of this website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form without our prior written permission, other than for temporary personal, non-commercial viewing in the ordinary course of browsing the site. Any unauthorised use of our branding may result in legal action to protect our rights.

8. Accuracy of published information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on fornelo.world accurate and current, including nutrient tables, delivery estimates and pricing, but we do not warrant that every page is free from error at every moment, and information may be revised without prior notice to reflect updated formulations, courier arrangements or regulatory guidance.
